The Client Relationship Manager builds, manages, and grows strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and aligning project outcomes with client expectations across traditional and modern construction methods.

Role In MMC

Client Relationship Managers play a key role in bridging the gap between innovative construction solutions and client needs. They help educate clients on the benefits of MMC (speed, sustainability, cost-efficiency), manage expectations around new methodologies, and ensure that modern delivery models are clearly communicated, accepted, and integrated into the client journey.

Experience

  • Prior roles in business development, project coordination, or commercial support in the construction or real estate sector.
  • Experience working directly with clients, managing expectations, and facilitating project delivery.

Training & Certifications

  • CPD in MMC Awareness or Lean Construction.
  • Safe Pass (if required for site access).
  • Customer Experience (CX) or Client Communication training.
  • Digital Construction or BIM basics for client engagement.
