They help educate clients on the benefits of MMC (speed, sustainability, cost-efficiency), manage expectations around new methodologies, and ensure that modern delivery models are clearly communicated, accepted, and integrated into the client journey.

Experience
- Prior roles in business development, project coordination, or commercial support in the construction or real estate sector.
- Experience working directly with clients, managing expectations, and facilitating project delivery.
Training & Certifications
- CPD in MMC Awareness or Lean Construction.
- Safe Pass (if required for site access).
- Customer Experience (CX) or Client Communication training.
- Digital Construction or BIM basics for client engagement.
