They adapt traditional cost control methods to account for prefabrication, just-in-time delivery, and reduced onsite durations. Training & Certifications

  • On-the-job training in MMC procurement and cost control.
  • CPD in digital estimating and modular financial planning. Chartered status (e.g., SCSI/RICS).
  • BIM Cost Management Certification (desirable).
  • ISO 19650 (Information Management) awareness.
