Purpose Of The Role

The BIM manager leads and oversees the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across projects and teams, ensuring digital processes, data standards, and model coordination meet project and business objectives.

Role In MMC

The BIM Manager is a digital construction leader, enabling MMC by standardising data, automating workflows, and managing the production of coordinated, fabrication-ready models. They ensure digital tools support offsite manufacturing, 4D/5D simulation, and efficient project delivery.

  • Autodesk Revit & Navisworks Certified Training – For model authoring and clash detection.
  • Solibri Model Checker Training – For advanced rule-based model validation.
  • Common Data Environment (CDE) Training – Platform-specific training for managing document flow and approvals.
  • COBie & Data Drops Training – Structured handover and asset information processes.
