The Head of Innovation is the driving force behind identifying, testing, and deploying modern building technologies, sustainable solutions, and lean processes. They ensure MMC principles are embedded into the company’s operations, from design and manufacturing to site assembly, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and future-focused thinking.

Training & Certifications
- Chartered Engineer (Engineers Ireland) or equivalent professional recognition
- Lean Construction Ireland training and certification
- BIM and Digital Construction leadership courses (CitA, Skillnet Ireland)
- Innovation management or design thinking workshops
