Education
- BEng, MEng, BArch, or equivalent in a relevant built environment discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in Business, Sustainability, or Digital Construction (desirable for senior leadership).
Training & Certifications
- Chartered Status (CEng, RIBA, MCIBSE, MIStructE, etc.) – Essential for credibility and authority.
- Leadership & Board-Level Training – Strategic leadership, change management, or executive coaching.
- MMC-Focused CPD (e.g. DfMA, platform systems) – Understanding emerging approaches to design and delivery.
