The Director of Construction leads the overall construction operations of the organisation, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, while driving innovation through MMC adoption.
Role In MMC
The Director of Construction is the strategic leader who ensures MMC principles are embedded across all projects. This involves championing off-site manufacturing, modular assembly, and sustainable practices, while aligning site operations with factory outputs. They are responsible for ensuring the integration of digital construction tools, lean methodologies, and DfMA principles to deliver efficient, predictable, and high-quality outcomes.

- Chartered Membership of Engineers Ireland (CEng) or CIOB
- Lean Construction Ireland advanced leadership training
- Health & Safety leadership certifications (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely in Construction)
