Construction Supervisors play a critical role in integrating MMC techniques by managing prefabricated, modular, and digital construction processes on-site. They ensure smooth coordination between off-site manufacturing and on-site assembly while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Experience

  • Practical experience in construction, site management, or trade supervision.
  • Apprenticeships or hands-on roles in construction projects.

Training & Certifications

  • BIM and digital project management training.
  • Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
  • First Aid and Health & Safety certifications with Safe Pass, SOLAS CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme): IOSH Managing Safely and NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
