The BIM Coordinator manages the digital modelling process, ensuring all project information is coordinated, compliant, and structured to support design, construction, and asset management.

Role In MMC

The BIM Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling MMC by ensuring that all digital models and data are accurate, well-structured, and interoperable. Their work facilitates offsite manufacturing, 4D sequencing, and digital handovers for efficient building delivery and operation.
