The Energy Efficiency Specialist assesses, advises on, and implements strategies that improve the energy performance of buildings, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting sustainable construction practices.
Energy Efficiency Specialists play a critical role in ensuring MMC solutions meet and exceed energy performance requirements. They support the design and delivery of low-energy, NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Buildings) and passive buildings by integrating energy modelling, fabric-first principles, and advanced systems into construction workflows—both on-site and in factory-built environments.
