The Factory Floor Manager oversees and manages all day-to-day operations on the factory floor, ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality production of MMC components and modules.
Role In MMC
The Factory Floor Manager is at the heart of MMC delivery, responsible for coordinating the production of prefabricated components, modular units, and off-site manufactured systems. They ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and sustainability standards. Acting as a bridge between design, manufacturing, logistics, and site teams, they make sure products are ready for on-time delivery and seamless installation on site.

Education
- Diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Management (advantage)
- Vocational training in manufacturing operations or construction technology
Training & Certifications
- Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
- Health & Safety (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely, Safe Pass)
- Leadership and people management training
- Quality management systems training (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
