Education
- NFQ Level 6–8 in relevant fields such as Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Building Surveying.
- Diploma or degree from Institutes of Technology or Technological Universities.
Experience
- Prior work in construction, site supervision, building control, or quality assurance roles.
- Experience in working with MMC technologies or sustainable building projects is advantageous.
Training & Certifications
- Safe Pass Certification (mandatory for site access).
- Manual Handling and Working at Heights certifications.
- Professional membership or accreditation from bodies such as Engineers Ireland, CIOB, or the Irish Building Control Institute.
- Training in ISO standards, especially ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), is advantageous.
