Purpose Of The Role

The Health and Safety Officers makes sure everyone on a construction site goes home safe and healthy every day by managing and improving health and safety standards.

Role In MMC

Health and Safety Officer ensures that innovative building techniques such as offsite manufacturing, modular assembly, and digital technologies are used safely. They assess new risks, develop procedures, and train workers to work safely in both traditional and modern construction environments.

  • NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Asbestos Awareness (UKATA) Fire Safety Training
  • Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card
