Education
- National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) Level 5 or 6 in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Construction Technology, or Robotics.
- Higher Certificate or Degree (Level 7–8) in Automation, Control Systems, or Construction Engineering.
Training & Certifications
- Apprenticeship in Industrial Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Automation.
- Site-based induction programmes including MMC exposure.
- Safe Pass (mandatory for all construction workers in Ireland).
- Manual Handling
- Robotic Systems or PLC Programming Certification (e.g., from FANUC, ABB, Siemens).
