The Supply Chain Manager oversees, coordinates, and optimises the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring that materials, components, and modules for MMC projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
Role In MMC
The Supply Chain Manager ensures a seamless flow of prefabricated components, raw materials, and equipment from suppliers to manufacturing facilities and project sites. In MMC, this role is critical in synchronising procurement, production, and logistics so that the off-site and on-site processes remain in harmony. They also champion sustainable, lean, and digital supply chain practices to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Education
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or Engineering
- Professional diploma in logistics or operations management (advantage)
Training & Certifications
- Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) or Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) qualification
- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
- Digital supply chain management training
- Sustainability in supply chains CPD (e.g., ISO 20400)
