Experience
- Significant experience (10+ years) in construction quality, compliance, or engineering leadership.
- Proven background in managing quality across multiple sites, including MMC or offsite facilities.
Education
- Honours Degree (Level 8) in Construction Management, Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in Quality Management, Compliance, or Leadership is advantageous.
Training & Certifications
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification
- BCAR Compliance and Assigned Certifier Training Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
- Building Information Modelling (BIM) Level 2 or ISO 19650 Training
- Health & Safety (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH)
- Corporate Governance or Risk Management CPD
