The Banksman LOLER guides and directs lifting operations, ensuring the safe movement of loads on MMC and traditional construction sites in compliance with LOLER regulations and site safety procedures.
Role In MMC
In MMC projects, the Banksman is vital in ensuring large prefabricated and modular components are safely lifted, manoeuvred, and placed without damage. They act as the eyes and ears for crane operators, preventing collisions, maintaining safety zones, and enabling precise placement of volumetric units, panels, or heavy components essential to MMC builds.

- LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) awareness course
- Manual Handling Certification
