The part-time Certificate in Advanced BIM and BIM Collaboration (using Revit) consists of one module taught over one semester. This programme is designed to explore and develop advanced skills in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and BIM Collaboration using Revit.
This two-semester course creates opportunities for learners to take individual professional design responsibility of their product and their process and develop an ability to lead teams within their disciplines.
The Certificate in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Graphic Illustration introduces the learner to BIM and will provide professionals with an additional skill set centred on BIM.

This course is suitable for learners looking to gain knowledge, skill and competence to utilise computer technology as a design tool and a presentation media. NOTE: Learners will have access to Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud / Web based software for the duration of this course of study only.
The aim of the course it to combine theory and practical industry experience to provide a solid understanding of building technology, design & CAD to prepare the trainee to enter employment or further study within the industry.
