Participants will learn about the concepts and technologies driving the current and future transformations in industrial sectors, including the challenges for Industry 4.0/5.0. They will also explore the role of digitalisation in enabling smart manufacturing processes, and how these technologies can be leveraged to enhance efficiency, flexibility, and customer satisfaction. 

This Masters merges manufacturing technical and technological aspects with innovation and entrepreneurship teaching, in the context of the global societal challenges, such as circular economy, industrial innovation and sustainability.

This course uses a work-based research learning practice. Each student will gain a broader knowledge, both National and International, on forward thinking strategies which can be applied to their interests and situation. Students will use Model based Analytical tools and Process analysis tools to improve their Organisation understanding of potential of BIM.

The course builds on the discipline-specific knowledge of individuals and enables upskilling or facilitates a return to employment for individuals who are not yet experienced in the new construction paradigm of collaborative BIM.

The goal of the programme is to produce a highly educated, technically competent and marketable graduate who can make a significant contribution in this challenging and developing area. The programme aims to provide a high-quality learning experience in a specialised field that involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
