Prerequisites

Education

Degree in Law, Public Policy, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Experience

Work in government agencies, legal advisory roles, or construction industry associations.

Training & Certifications

Chartered Membership of a professional regulatory body (e.g., IOSH, CIAT, RICS).
CPCB (Certified Professional in Construction and Building Regulations).
BREEAM/LEED Accreditation for sustainability policy development.
ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) Certifications.
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (Health & Safety qualification).
