  • Work in government agencies, legal advisory roles, or construction industry associations.

Training & Certifications

  • Chartered Membership of a professional regulatory body (e.g., IOSH, CIAT, RICS).
  • CPCB (Certified Professional in Construction and Building Regulations).
  • BREEAM/LEED Accreditation for sustainability policy development.
  • ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) Certifications.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (Health & Safety qualification).
