Grants & Funding: Enterprise Ireland (Built to Innovate Fund)
Enterprise Ireland’s Built to Innovate fund, part of the Government’s Housing for All programme, offers grant aid packages to support Irish residential construction companies in adopting Modern Methods of Construction, implementing Lean training, and enhancing digital tools to improve productivity and reduce building costs.

Grants & Funding: Local Enterprise Offices (Grow Digital Voucher & Lean for Business)
The Grow Digital voucher offers small and medium businesses with up to 50 employees financial support to help them embrace digital technology. The Lean for Business grant aims to encourage clients to adopt Lean business principles in their organisations so that they can increase performance and competitiveness.

Training Programmes: Skillnet Ireland
Skillnet Ireland plays a key role in upskilling the construction sector through its targeted training programmes. Construction Professionals Skillnet focuses on professional development for construction businesses; Industry 4.0 Skillnet supports digital transformation and advanced technologies; and CitA Skillnet promotes innovation through digital construction tools.

Training Programmes: Construct Innovate
The Work Ready Graduate Programme offers recent graduates a one-year secondment with industry partners, combined with a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Innovation from the University of Galway. This provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and academic development to build future-ready talent.

The Supply Chain Sustainability School offers a suite of free resources to support the adoption of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). Key tools include the Off-site for Everyone learning programme, e-learning on off-site manufacturing, onsite assembly training, and an interactive MMC manufacturer database.
