Role In MMC

Experience

- Entry into SOLAS Steel Fixing Apprenticeship (Note: Often covered under construction skills apprenticeship streams or formwork-related training)
Training & Certifications
- Safe Pass Certification (mandatory for all construction site workers)
- Manual Handling and Working at Heights
- Steel Fixing or Reinforcement Courses via ETBs or private training centres
- Optional: Training in digital layout tools, robotic total stations or BIM interpretation
