The Modular Assembly Lead is integral to MMC, managing the transition of prefabricated modules from off-site manufacturing to on-site installation. They ensure seamless integration of modular components, optimising workflows, minimising waste, and improving construction efficiency.

Prerequisites
Education
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Modular Building Systems.
- Technical training in modular construction, site supervision, or digital construction.
Experience
- Hands-on experience in modular assembly, site operations, or construction supervision.
- Previous roles in logistics, prefabrication, or structural installation.
Training & Certifications
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Card.
- BIM training for digital assembly management.
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
- Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
- First Aid and Health & Safety certifications with Safe Pass, SOLAS CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme): IOSH Managing Safely and NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
