This certified course aims to provide participants with key theoretical knowledge and essential practical skills to safely and confidently install airtightness and vapour control systems in new build and retrofit scenarios, using best practices. On successful completion of the minor award, learners will be capable of planning, preparing, measuring and calculating the materials required for the correct installation of AVC systems in various different scenarios. This will enable graduates to access and maintain sustainable employment in the construction sector in Ireland and around the world.
