The Sustainability Manager drives sustainable construction practices by ensuring projects meet environmental, social, and economic sustainability targets, reducing carbon footprints and improving resource efficiency.
The Sustainability Manager plays a key role in integrating sustainability principles within MMC by promoting circular economy practices, optimising energy efficiency in modular buildings, and ensuring compliance with green building standards.
Off
- Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Additional coursework in sustainable urban planning, renewable energy, or circular economy.
- Experience in environmental consulting, sustainability strategy, or green building projects.
- Roles in waste management, renewable energy, or construction compliance.
- Chartered Engineer (Engineers Ireland) status or equivalent.
- PAS 2080 Carbon Management Certification.
- ISO 14001 Environmental Management Training.
- LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accreditation.
- BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) Certification.
