Individual Contributor Pathway
- A degree in construction management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Progression from roles such as Process Improvement Specialist, Project Manager, or Site Supervisor.
- Certifications in Lean Construction, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies are highly beneficial.
