Eoin Daly welcomed attendees to the Procon site and contextualised how Procon developed its modular manufacturing process, connected to the rise of MMC in Ireland. Paul Kennedy delved into a major project that Procon delivered for the Department of Education in 2024: Goatstown Educate Together Secondary School. He covered the benefits of using modular construction to complete the project quickly (144 individual modules were used for the facility), on budget and 97% snag free. He also walked attendees the step-by-step module design, manufacture and assembly process.
