The Cost Manager manages, forecasts, and controls construction project costs across the lifecycle, ensuring value for money, cost transparency, and commercial efficiency—especially within MMC projects.
Cost Managers are central to ensuring MMC approaches are cost-effective, scalable, and competitive. They adapt traditional cost control methods to account for prefabrication, just-in-time delivery, and reduced onsite durations. Their expertise helps validate the economic case for offsite manufacturing, digital construction, and sustainability-focused innovations.
